Internal Medicine Clerkship Anki Deck

Hey all,

I'm just about done with the clinical year. Thank God! I'm tired. Time to chill. I'm going to write a lot more in the coming weeks, but for now, I just wanted to share some more cards. I built a pretty comprehensive Anki deck for internal medicine, since this was the one clerkship where I actually wanted to remember and retain info for the long term.

My deck is a compilation of Step Up to Medicine, Pocket Guide to Medicine, USMLE Step 2CK and other random facts from the wards. I think my cards are getting better and you'll find that these have a pretty systematic format to keep things orderly.

As always, beware - there may be some errors. But I hope some of you find this deck useful for the wards and Step 2CK studying.

My Cards (updated)
Download both the deck file and the media folder to your desktop. Add them both to the folder 'Anki' in your Documents folder. That should get you going.

  2. Just want to thank you for putting up all those anki decks. Saving my life immensely; am studying medicine in Italy (English course) and they expect us to learn all the content reference books (Grays, Guytons, Robbin and Cotrans, Ross and Pawlina etc....) with only about 5 1/2 months of lessons (per year). I'd never wanted to learn things just to pass exams, but needed a good base to start off studies. Hence this is providing a good base so that I (and soon all my classmates who'd take a look at this blog once they see my facebook acc) don't get lost in all the details and end up knowing lots about on subject and nothing about another.

  3. Happy I could help! I love that my decks are reaching students across the world! :) Let me know how things work out. Still make sure to read, but these cards are made to help you retain.

    Best,
    Alex
